Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Gema Zarina! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-orders: Please allow 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. The pre-order window usually closes on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of UPS or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to recover your lost package.
